On May 30, Uladzislau Lagutsenko himself was sentenced by the Kruglyan district court to 2.5 years of restriction of liberty without being sent to a correctional institution under Art. 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus is a gross violation of order, which meant participation in peaceful protest actions in Minsk. Together with him in this criminal case, two other persons were involved – Alina Horova and Aleksei Tsyganov.
At the end of March, security forces conducted a roundup in Krugly. They opened a criminal case under Article 342 of the Criminal Code on the organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order. One of the most successful local entrepreneurs, Aleksandar Kalin, was arrested.
As part of this criminal case, the residents of Krugli Alin Horov, Vladyslav Lagutsenko and the former chief doctor of the sanatorium Alyaksei Tsyganov were taken into custody after the searches. The daughter and son of Alexander Kalin were sent to the ICU for a “day”, and on March 29 his parents and wife were searched.
It was reported that on the evening of March 30, an ambulance was called to Alina Horova, who was detained in Krugly. At that time, she was still in the Kruglian police station and was waiting to be sent to the Mogilev pre-trial detention center. After that, she was transferred to a pre-trial detention center, where her health condition worsened. Alina was recognized as a police prisoner.
