Riyadh: A further 971 people have been cured of covid disease treatment in Saudi Arabia. 625 new cases have been confirmed. One death was reported. The total number of cases reported in the country so far is 7,95,811. The total number of cases rose to 7,77,925.
The total death toll was 9,209. Of the patients, 8,677 are under treatment. Of these, 148 are in critical condition. They are being treated in intensive care units at hospitals across the country. 19,934 RT-PCR inspections were conducted in 24 hours. Cases reported.

Saudi Arabia announces Eid al-Adha holiday for private sector
Riyadh: The Eid al-Fitr holiday has been announced for the private sector in Saudi Arabia. The holiday is announced for four days from July 8 (Dulhaj 9 Friday is the day of ‘Arafah) to July 11. The working day will resume on July 12.
With the appearance of the month of Dulhaj in Saudi Arabia, the Feast of Sacrifice has been confirmed to be on the 9th of July. The main day of the Hajj, the day of ‘Arafah, will be on July 8. The new moon appeared in a place called Tumair in Saudi Arabia.
Dul-Qadr, the last month of the Hijra calendar, ends today (June 29) and the month of Dul-Hajj begins tomorrow (June 30). The Feast of Sacrifice is celebrated on the 10th of Dul Hajj in the Arabic month.
Banks in Saudi Arabia have previously announced holidays for the Feast of Sacrifice. The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) on Monday announced holidays for banks, their branches, affiliated offices and money exchange centers. The Eid holiday will begin on July 6 with the end of work in the banks. The holiday runs until July 12. Operation will resume on the 13th after the holiday.
