Jeddah: The Saudi trial court has sentenced the suspect who killed a young man by burning him alive in a car. The trial court has sentenced Barakat to death in the case of the murder of Saudi youth Bandar Al-Qarhadi.

The incident that shook the country was a month and a half ago. Bandar Al Qarhadi, an employee of Saudia Airlines, was called by his friend, locked inside the car, poured petrol on the vehicle and set it on fire, and the young man died due to severe burns. Video footage of Bandar Al Qarhadi crying to his friend in a dying frenzy about what he had done wrong was circulated on social media.
Bandar, who has been working as a cabin crew in Saudia for 20 years, was burnt alive by his colleague, said his father, Twaha Alqarhadi.
