Vikos Falcons suffered defeat in their first outing outside Ioannina, with Trikala Basket winning 64-52 in the derby of the 2nd matchday of the 2nd group of the National League 1.

The home team came out on the floor with a head start and took a double-digit lead in the first quarter, with the team from Ioannina managing to reduce the difference to three points at half-time. The team from Trikala, however, again increased the value of the difference to double digits in the third period and kept it there until the end.
The only one who stood out from Vikos was Patras, who scored 17 points, while all the rest moved in shallow waters aggressively. From Trikala Basket, Nesis led the way with 17 points, Anagnostopoulos with 14 and Tsiaves with 13.
