“From November 8, the following restrictions will be introduced: catering establishments, circuses, concert halls and organizations performing public screenings of films, other performing arts organizations, entertainment and leisure facilities, water parks, aquariums, zoos, ice skating rinks and attractions are allowed to work only until 23.00. The work of these organizations at night is prohibited, ”the message says.

It is also prohibited after 23.00 to conduct physical culture, cultural, entertainment, congress and exhibition, solemn, leisure and other events. They can be held until 23.00, subject to the fulfillment of previously established requirements, including the restriction of participants in the events.

According to the operational headquarters, on October 28, 3,186 new cases of coronavirus were detected per day, the number of deaths was 70 people. Over the entire period of the pandemic, 697 927 cases of the disease were recorded in the city, 23 646 patients died.
