The 2021/22 season of the Italian league continues to deliver great dramas. Tonight (Sunday) Roma defeated Spezia 0: 1 from a dramatic goal by Tami Avraham in the 99th minute. Also, Venice, Dor Peretz’s team, gets entangled in the underground battles when they lost 3: 1 to Verona and recorded an eighth league game in their last nine games in which they have not won. The Israeli opened the bench and did not go up to the lawn. Cagliari beat Torino 1: 2 and climbed above the red line over Venice’s accountant.

For 99 minutes the scoreboard did not change from the opening whistle in the special, until Avraham Shadik came from the penalty spot and set up a dramatic 0-1 that gave the Wolves the three points. The team from the capital is in an excellent period and has not lost in its last seven league games. The victory brings Mourinho’s players one step closer to a place in Europe next season.
Verona – Venice 1: 3
Dor Peretz’s team, which once again is not a partner, gets involved in the underground battles. Venice have recorded a lone league victory in their last nine games and now following Cagliari’s victory have come down below the red line. Giovanni Simeone continued his great season with a big hat-trick in the 54th, 63rd and 89th minutes that raised his tally to 15 league goals. David Okarka only shrank in the 81st minute.
Torino – Cagliari 2: 1
Cagliari achieved its second win out of four games, when it did not lose in the last five rounds which also included tough encounters against Napoli and Atalanta. Turin, on the other hand, with a third loss out of four games and is slowly moving away from the top towards the bottom of the table. Raul Blanova gave Cagliari a first-half lead (22), Andrea Balotti equalized in the second half (54), but Alessandro Diola returned the lead to the visitors (63) and set up the game on a very costly victory for his side.
