An awareness walk was held in Hosur on the occasion of World Walking Day. This awareness procession was organized by District Silambara Sangam. The procession was inaugurated by Nagaraj, President of the District Silamba Sangam at Hosur RV Government Boys Higher Secondary School.
In this procession, boys and girls marched around the Silamba for a distance of three kilometers. The procession passes through the main streets of the city and ends near Ashoka Circle on Hosur Rayakottai Road. Many people including the association administrators, boys, girls and their parents participated in this. This procession has attracted a lot of people.
