European Union. The European Council continues on Friday, with a new meeting in the morning, followed by a press conference by Emmanuel Macron. The first day of this summit between EU leaders was marked by the presence of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who notably called for concrete responses to his request for combat aircraft.
