A strong wind hit the city of Severo-Kurilsk on Paramushir Island. He cooked several road signs and lighting poles in the park, damaged the facades of two apartment buildings, the roofs of buildings.

“A hurricane wind with a speed of over 30 meters per second has been raging since Monday, today the wind continues,” the mayor of the city, Alexander Ovsyannikov, told TASS.
