Combat Medic Bravely Saves Lives Amid Intense Attacks

Fortunately, all three men from the 110th Brigade managed to survive the attack, thanks to the expertise and swift actions of their combat medic. Romashka, an esteemed officer who heads the stabilization point, informed the next medical post about the wounded soldiers. His call sign, Daisy, reverberated through the communication channels as he calmly transmitted vital information, “I’m sending you six guys, two yellow, the rest green.”
The following day, the 110th Brigade embarked on an assault mission, resulting in heavy casualties. As night fell, the medical tent was filled with soldiers suffering from severe leg injuries that necessitated amputations. A Swedish volunteer combat medic, who requested anonymity for security reasons, disclosed, “All four tables were occupied by soldiers in need of amputations.” The next morning, the grim reality of war was evident as body parts were respectfully placed in black bags for proper disposal.
