In the Pyrénées-Orientales, a 100% Catalan limoncello thanks to a local citrus producer

There is a generous orchard in Argelès-sur-Mer (Pyrénées-Orientales) where all kinds of citrus fruits grow. There are lemon trees, orange trees, clementines and pomelos, but also, more original, kumquats as well as varieties originating in Japan, such as mandarin satsuma and yuzu lemon. For two years, Frédéric Bey, its owner, has produced a 100% Catalan limoncello as well as seven other citrus liqueurs.
