The writing of the Torah scroll took place at the Menorah Center, which is considered the largest Jewish center in the world. The size of the complex is 54,000 square meters and it includes a large synagogue, a Chabad house, a school and kindergartens, a nursing home, a medical center, a celebration hall for 2,000 participants, a luxury hotel with 101 rooms, a library, kosher restaurants, mikvahs And a museum in memory of the Holocaust.

Rabbi Kamintsky spoke at the moving event and said: “I am sure that thanks to this special Torah scroll we will have visible miracles.”

“We started writing on Moshe Rabbeinu’s birthday and the day he left, and we are sure that his right will help us and all Jews and residents of the country, and peace will return here soon,” said the directors of the Jewish Center.
