Similar requirements apply to theaters and cinemas, exhibition halls, concert halls and cultural centers. In addition, from October 13, when visiting shopping centers, citizens will have to provide a certificate of vaccination against COVID-19, obtained on the State Services portal, or a certificate from a medical organization about a previous coronavirus infection, or a negative test result for coronavirus. On October 25, a similar requirement will apply to the work of beauty salons, beauty salons, spa salons, massage parlors, tanning salons, baths, saunas, fitness centers, fitness clubs, swimming pools, and catering organizations.
In the Republic of Koma, due to the spread of the coronavirus, a QR code system has been introduced for visitors to sports and cultural events from October 21.
