The premiere of the animated film “Fixies – Giroskuter”, created on the initiative of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate and the Main Directorate for Information Policy of the Moscow Region, took place in the Moscow Region today. The cartoon is dedicated to the safety rules when traveling on electric scooters, gyro scooters, segway and unicycle.
