An 18-year-old pedestrian was seriously injured after being hit by a bus in Modi’in Illit. The MDA team evacuated her to Sheba Hospital in Tel Hashomer while she is sedated and ventilated and suffering from multi-system damage.
Magan David Adom reported: At 10:19 p.m., MDA’s 101 hotline in the Ayalon area received a report about a pedestrian who was hit by a bus on Sderot Beit Hillel Street in Modi’in Illit. MDA medics and paramedics provide medical treatment and refer an 18-year-old young woman to Sheba Hospital in Tel Hashomer In a serious and unstable condition with multi-system injury when she is sedated and ventilated.
Aryeh Hershler, Ihud Hatzla medic, said: “With the help of other medics, we provided first aid at the scene to the pedestrian who suffered multi-system injuries as a result of being hit by a bus. After the initial aid, she was taken to Sheba Hospital in Tel Hashomer in serious condition.”
