According to Channel 5, experts at the American Johns Hopkins Hospital said that a symptom such as itchy skin may indicate serious liver problems.

So, these sensations may indicate the development of liver steatosis, when fat accumulates to its cells.

“Fatty degeneration of the liver can provoke an inflammatory process … which is asymptomatic. The only thing that can give it out is constant itching,” the doctors said.
