This is “unexpected ending” enthuses the French-language state daily The Press, after the announcement, by press release, of the signing of a social pact on August 12 between the government, the Tunisian General Labor Union (UGTT), the main trade union, and the Tunisian Union of Industry, Trade and crafts (Utica), the main representative of employers.
