The images went around the world. Migrants, thirsty, barely standing, were found in the Libyan desert, near the Tunisian border. All tell the same story: they were arrested and then abandoned in the desert by the Tunisian police. For the NGOs, the person in charge is Kaïs Saïed, the Tunisian president.
