The settlers claim that there are constant power outages in the area, even though they pay the fees, which they said are expensive, and they cannot explain why the cost is so high if they do not have electricity.

“Right now we have him (the employee) here so that justice is done, because if they charge us a high price for an electricity bill when we do not use that service, it has been constantly interrupted,” said a resident next to the worker tied to a pole.

In addition, neighbors indicated that there is no timely attention from the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) to address the problem raised.

“Today we have this friend protesting so that the manager of that company will listen to us. If they (CFE) cannot do it, they should leave and another company should come and take their place to provide us with that service,” the man added to his demand.
