Here we tell you in which states the program applies Violet Cardfederal government program.
This card is intended for women who are heads of households and are in a vulnerable situation. It applies to those who are between 18 and 64 years old.
The objective is to provide financial support of 2 thousand 600 pesos bimonthly granted by the Ministry of Welfare program, that is, it is federal support.

The card allows women to have access to different opportunities such as the academic development of their children.
To access the program, the following requirements are requested:
- Meet the indicated age
- Valid identification (INE, Passport, Professional ID)
- curp
- Income less than 13 thousand pesos per month
- Proof of address (no more than three months old)
- Birth certificate of the dependents of the head of the family (under 21 years of age)
- Proof of studies (for the woman’s dependents, also those under 21 years of age)

In which states will the Violet Card be available?
At the moment, the program is not available throughout Mexico and can only be requested in the following states through the website of the Ministry of Welfare of each entity:
- Baja California
- Guerrero
- Guanajuato
