According to the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP)private companies or legal or natural persons that process personal data are obliged to comply with the principles, duties and obligations provided for in the standard.

The autonomous body indicated that personal data is any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person.
Private companies or legal entities that process your personal data are required to establish and maintain administrative security measurestechnical and physical measures that allow personal data to be protected against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing.
The Institute indicated that it remains attentive to complaints that may be filed by affected persons for possible disclosure of your personal data in order to initiate the corresponding procedures.
