JAKARTA – Inara Rusli visited by the West Jakarta Religious Court (PA) on Friday (13/10/2023). This is done in order to hold a local examination or destence hearing.
Legal authority Inara Rusli Arjana Bagaskara explained, the local examination session was attended by a panel of judges, substitute clerks and legal representatives from Virgoun .
“Today’s agenda is a local inspection of the objects of joint property in the plaintiff’s lawsuit. One house and one vehicle. There was a panel of judges, a substitute clerk, and his attorney Virgoun were also present,” said Arjana Bagaskara to reporters.
Mulkan Let Let, who is also part of Inara Rusli’s legal team, added that in the local examination, the panel of judges examined a number of assets, both houses and cars, which were in Inara Rusli’s lawsuit.
“The inspection is related to the boundaries, ensuring that the object really exists or not. For cars it is also the same, ensuring that the car is there, the chassis number is the same,” explained Mulkan Let-let.
Unfortunately, on that occasion Inara Rusli chose not to meet the media crew because the former member of the girl group Bexxa was not in a fit condition.
“Considering the privacy of Inara’s mother’s neighbors too, right? So it’s not just Inara’s mother, but also her environment. Our client also happens to be not feeling well,” said Mulkan Let Let.
It is known that the local examination or destence hearing was not attended by anyone Virgoun but only represented by legal counsel.
