Incheon International Airport received the highest rating in the comprehensive service innovation evaluation conducted by Airports Council International (ACI).

On the 26th, Incheon International Airport Corporation announced that Incheon International Airport received the highest level of certification, Level 5, in the Customer Experience Certification System at the 6th Customer Experience Global Summit held in Atlanta, USA. The Customer Experience Certification System is a comprehensive evaluation system introduced by ACI in 2019 to innovate customer experience management systems and services at airports around the world. Currently, 130 international airports are participating.

Incheon Airport has been certified for three consecutive years since it first obtained Level 5 among the world’s airports in 2022. Incheon Airport was highly evaluated for operating passenger-centered service programs such as ‘Smart Pass’ that simplifies the immigration process. It was also recognized for its achievements in strengthening the airport’s various resident organizations and networks.

On this day, Incheon Airport also received the top award, ‘Airport of the Year’ and ‘Airport of the Year’ from the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) hosted by ACI. ASQ conducts a one-on-one survey of users of approximately 340 airports around the world to reflect their satisfaction with services and facility operations.

Incheon International Airport Corporation President Lee Hak-jae said, “The airport family of 85,000 people has been working on service innovation and has ranked first in the world in both the Customer Experience Certification System and the ASQ evaluation,” adding, “We will become a leading airport that elevates the service competitiveness of airports around the world.”
