Fruit is often considered a healthy snack, as it offers a range of natural vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants, so you can take advantage of the nutritional content of fruit and its delicious taste, according to Real Simple.

A number of doctors and nutrition experts advise the following as the most beneficial fruits for health, in all the colors of nature:

1. Avocado

“The popularity of avocados continues to grow, and they can be seen in everything from smoothies to dried avocados,” says Dr. Amy Gorin, advocating eating it for heart health, due to its rich potassium content, which can help reduce the effects of sodium.

For his part, nutritionist Mackenzie Burgess said that avocados, “besides being delicious, are full of healthy fats, fiber and antioxidants, and can help support a healthy heart and immune system.”
