Delay and precaution are inherent in human nature. ‘There is still time, there is still time that it ends late; Human nature is both sides of the same coin.
It is only natural that the delay should be punished a little that it should not be repeated, and that it should be tampered with so that the precaution should not be abandoned. This nature also happens in the case of income tax. This pointing and tapping takes place in the name of “interest” in the tax payment event, which is a transactional activity. The Income Tax Department charges interest on late taxpayers and pays interest on precautionary measures.
