LondonFormer Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli has been confirmed by Kovid. Kohli was diagnosed with the virus last year after the Indian team arrived in the UK for the India-England Edgbaston Test, replacing Kovid. If Kovid finds other players besides the player, the training match with Leicestershire ahead of the Edgbaston Test could be canceled, the report said.

According to the Times of India, Kohli Kovid has confirmed that he has returned from a holiday in the Maldives with his family and is currently recovering from his illness. Meanwhile, the TOI report says that a training match against Lesteys will be held considering the health condition of the other players on the team. Meanwhile, the Indian players, including Virat Kohli, had gone for the first phase of training yesterday.

The rescheduled India-England fifth Test will be played from July 1. India are currently 2-1 up in the five – match series.
