Under Rahul Dravid’s coaching, Rohit Sharma’s full-time captaincy, India won the T20 series against New Zealand. The Indian team has already started preparing for next year’s T20 World Cup in Australia.

From the series against New Zealand, young players were picked in the Indian team with the aim of setting the best playing eleven and increasing the strength of the bench. Venkatesh Iyer, who made his debut in the first T20I, played in the first two matches. Herschelle Patel made his debut in the 2nd match.

Yusvendra Sahal, Rudraj Kejriwal, Ishant Kishan and Avesh Khan have been ruled out of the first two matches of the series. Having won the first 2 T20 matches and won the series, the last match at Eden Gardens, Kolkata tomorrow is expected to feature players who have not played in the first two matches.

As such, it is expected that both Rudraj Kejriwal and Avesh Khan will be given a chance in the last T20 match at the playing eleven. So both KL Rahul and Bhuvneshwar Kumar can be seated.
