As a corrective measure, Indecopy ordered the Señor de Sipan University to respond to the complainants’ request, within a period not exceeding 15 business days from the notification of the settlement.

In addition, it must prepare schedules and designate teachers for each theoretical or practical subject and related content before the start of classes, and ensure that the information is published in its grading system.

The Señor de Sipan University is within the time limit to appeal the resolution of the INDECOPY Commission No. 0343-2024/INDECOPY-LAM, if applicable, before the Special Chamber for Consumer Protection.
