INDH: 28 projects carried out in Kénitra in 2022-2023

Benefiting from a contribution from the INDH of 5.7 million dirhams, these projects aim to promote sustainable human and social development enshrining the values ​​of dignity and solidarity which constitute sources of hope for generations to come. , according to data provided by the social action division in the province of Kenitra.

Their objective is to breathe new life into socio-economic development in the province of Kénitra, and to improve the situation of the population, in particular through support for young project leaders, from design to start-up. .

These projects focus on supporting self-entrepreneurs and cooperatives in several agricultural production sectors in the region, including agriculture, fishing and crafts.

This support thus contributed to improving the income of a group of cooperatives which benefited, through material support, from assistance and regular monitoring in order to guarantee the success and sustainability of their project.

In a statement to MAP, the head of the social action division in the province of Kénitra, Ebtissam Ayadi, said that this support is intended to help project leaders and beneficiary cooperatives develop and promote their local products. , and to establish itself on national and international markets.

Noting that a number of projects having benefited from the support of the INDH within the framework of the axis relating to the improvement of income, are carried out by women, Ms. Ayadi noted that these projects concern activities relating to agriculture , fishing and the production of organic products.

Approached by the MAP, women beneficiaries expressed their satisfaction with the support provided by the INDH to succeed in their project.

In this sense, Ms. Kaoutar Ouassaid, who initiated a project dedicated to the production and promotion of organic cereals and legumes in the region of Kenitra and Gharb, affirmed that the objective of her initiative is to help women to save time in the kitchen and offer consumers a wide range of organic products.

Launched in 2005 by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the INDH is part of an overall vision articulated around three components, namely the political process of consolidation of the modern State, reforms and structuring projects generating growth as well as human development in its economic, social and cultural dimensions, based on the principles of good governance through information, monitoring and accountability.
