India’s Amit Pankal advanced to the semi-finals of the men’s boxing category at the Commonwealth Games.
India’s famous boxer Amit Pankal takes on Scotland’s Lennon Mulligan in the men’s 51kg boxing quarterfinals at the Birmingham Commonwealth Games. Amit Bangal won a silver medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
Amit Bangal won today’s quarter-final match 5-0 easily and progressed to the semi-finals and also confirmed the medal with this victory. 4th medal for India in boxing is also confirmed with this.
Although the highly anticipated Indian athlete Lovelina lost yesterday’s boxing event, Nikat Zareen (50kg), Nitu Kangas (48kg) and Muhammad Hazamuddin (57kg) have qualified for the semi-finals.
