Dharamsala: India are reeling from successive victories. Gone are the days of four consecutive defeats in the Twenty20 World Cup four months ago. Rohit Sharma and his team will not be interested in changing the habit of winning the second Twenty20 match against Sri Lanka on Saturday. The match will be played at Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh from 7 pm.
India won the first match by a landslide. Ishant Kishan and Shreyas Iyer showed deadly striking power. Youngsters are making good use of the opportunities available. Rituraj Gaikwad was ruled out of the match due to injury. Rohit had said that he could return to Dharamshala. If so, Gaikwad will open with Ishan Kishan.
Rohit Wandown will do the same as he did against the West Indies. Ravindra Jadeja will continue to be considered in the top order. Malayalee star Sanju Samson is eagerly waiting. It is unfortunate that he did not get a chance to bat despite joining the team. Lucknow had a good batting track. Sanju missed an opportunity he could have beaten.
