The Maldives authorities imposed a superb of MVR 4,200,000 million on Antony Jayabalan, who operated the Indian fishing vessel “Holy Spirit” by the Fisheries Ministry. The superb was waived by the President’s Workplace on March 10 and the boat left the Maldives seven days later. Now some Maldivian politicians and rights teams say that the President’s Workplace doesn’t have the authorized authority to waive the superb. Muizzu authorities maintained silence
