Indians make up most of foreigners living in UK: survey information

Based on last year’s population census in England, it has been revealed that Indians are the majority of foreigners living in England and Wales in the statistical collection conducted by that country’s Office for National Statistics.

The statistics show that one in six people living in England and Wales is foreign-born, with Indians making up a significant number of foreigners.

In a report published by the Office for National Statistics, “In 2011, the number of foreigners living in England and Wales was 75 lakh, and in 2021, it increased by 25 lakh and became 1 crore.

In this maximum number of Indians are 9 lakh 20 thousand people. Next to them are 743,000 Poles and 624,000 Pakistanis.
