An entrepreneur of Indo-Bangla Pharmaceuticals Limited, a listed company in the pharmaceutical and chemical sector in the capital market, has announced to sell shares.

On Sunday (March 31), this information was revealed by Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange (DSE-CSE).

According to reports, Syeda Haque, an entrepreneur in Indo-Bangla Pharmaceuticals Limited, has announced to sell shares. He has 24 lakh 47 thousand 182 shares of the related company. He announced to sell all the shares.

He will complete the sale of the said amount of shares at the current market price in the public and block market of DSE by April 30.

Indo-Bangla Pharmaceuticals Limited was listed in the capital market in 2018. The paid up capital of this ‘B’ category company is Tk 116 crore 20 lakhs. Accordingly, the total number of shares is 11 crore 62 lakh 5 thousand 178 taka. Out of this, 37.29 percent shares are held by entrepreneurial managers, 10.37 percent by institutional investors, 0.21 percent by foreign investors and 52.13 percent by general investors.
