jpnn.comJAKARTA – The biggest fashion week, Indonesia Fashion Week (IFW) 2024, was officially held at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) on Wednesday (27/3).

Through the theme of Woven Jakarta Style, APPMI highlights the diversity of Betawi culture in the charm of contemporary art and fashion.

General Chair of the Association of Indonesian Fashion Designers and Entrepreneurs (APPMI) and President of IFW, Poppy Dharsono, explained that IFW 2024 will present 300 designers from within and outside the country, such as Malaysia and Thailand.

Designers from various countries flocked to show their best collections at IFW 2024.

IFW 2024 was also enlivened by 400 exhibitions displaying fashion and craft works from various regions. Some of them are members of the National Dekranasda.

“The target for IFW 2024 visitors from 27 to 31 March 2024 is 100 thousand people, with total transactions of IDR 60 billion,” said Poppy.

At IFW 2024, APPMI is collaborating with the DKI Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Department, BTN Prioritas, and Tokopedia.

It is hoped that this collaboration will have a greater impact on all participants involved in IFW 2024.
