jpnn.comJAKARTA – The ranking of the Indonesian men’s national volleyball team is encouraging because it rose five places to 52 in the world by collecting 61.27 points.

Quoted from the official Volleyball World website, Saturday (13/4), Indonesia received quite significant additional points from holding AVC Volleyball 2023.

Fahri Septian and his friends are now at the top of the Southeast Asia zone, followed by Vietnam who collected 57.90 points, then the Philippines with 50.71 points, and Thailand with a collection of 44.49 points.

The increase in world ranking also placed Indonesia in ninth position in the Asian zone.

The Red and White team is 13 points adrift of Pakistan, which is ranked eighth in Asia and 49th in the world. Meanwhile, Japan is still dominated by Japan (340.30 points), Iran is in second place (207.82 points) and Qatar is in third place (149.27 points).

Meanwhile, there is no change in the top three world rankings which are still occupied by Poland (421, 14 points), the United States (390, 91 points), and Italy (342.43 points).
