jpnn.com – JAKARTA – The 2024 U-23 Asian Cup semi-final match Indonesia vs Uzbekistan which took place at the Abdullah bin Khalifa Stadium, Doha, Qatar, Monday (29/4) evening, ended with a score of 0-2.

Uzbekistan’s two winning goals came in the second half through Khuisain Norchaev in the 68th minute and Pratama Arhan’s own goal in the 86th minute.

This match was also marked by Rizky Ridho’s red card in the 83rd minute after a Video Assistant Review (VAR) review led by Sivakorn Pu-Udom.

After a VAR review, Chinese referee Shen Yinhao annulled Indonesia’s goal which was scored by Muhammad Ferrari’s feet.

Ferrari admitted that he was very disappointed because the goal he scored against Uzbekistan was disallowed by the referee.

In the 63rd minute, thousands of Indonesian fans cheered to welcome the goal scored by Ferrari’s hard kick using a loose ball in front of the Uzbekistan goal.

The goal started from Pratama Arhan’s crossing from the right side, the ball reached Ramadhan Sananta who was dueling with the Uzbekistan goalkeeper.

Sananta then passed the ball to Ferrari, who swiftly took a hard kick that went perfectly into Uzbekistan’s goal.
