jpnn.comJAKARTA – inDrive, a leading global mobility and urban services platform has made significant improvements to its safety features for its ride-hailing services, underscoring its commitment to user safety.
The app’s updated Security Center now allows the inDrive support team to contact users’ trusted contacts in an emergency and facilitates easier information sharing with emergency services, among other improvements.
“Our main focus is ensuring the safety of drivers and users, from the moment they join the application, during the trip, and beyond, because we safeguard their personal data,” said inDrive Indonesia Business Development Manager Georgy Malkov in a written statement on Sunday (31/3 ).
He said user growth was so rapid that it was important for continuous improvement.
“These improvements enable our support team to respond more effectively when passengers or drivers need assistance,” said Georgy Malkow.
Improvements to Trusted Contacts, SOS button, and Safety Center features
One of inDrive’s security features that allows users to manually add, edit, and delete trusted contacts has been improved.
Users can now add up to five trusted contacts (previously limited to one).
