The resolution was approved with the vote of Rita Bell Lopez, Ucc-Kib Espadas, Arturo Castillo, Dania Ravel, Claudia Zavala, Jaime Rivera and Martin Faz, while Carla Humphrey, Guadalupe Taddei, Norma de la Cruz and Jorge Montaño voted in favor of validating the PRI’s statutory reforms.

The president Guadalupe Taddei He said that “an interpretation must be made that guarantees the parties’ right to self-determination. The PRI modified its basic documents after the election day had already passed, therefore it is not affected and the legal origin of the reforms must be declared.”
