“Inflation, we also suffer from it!” : in restaurants, the bill increases

After two years of health crisis, the summer of 2022 was to be that of all possibilities for restaurateurs and holidaymakers. It turns out to be the one of all price increases. Inflation – at 6.1% over one year in July – visible on energy bills and in household shopping carts, is also found in restaurant kitchens. As in supermarkets, meat, fish, butter, oil or even vegetables cost more to professionals… and to customers and tourists this summer when paying the bill.
