Argentine meats shined in Europe. In Anuga, one of the most important food fairs in the world, which was held in Cologne, Germany, more than 40 meat, beef and chicken slaughterhouses participated.

Influencers from different countries, such as the British Fari @dinewithfari, the Spanish Cocina del Pirata @cocinadelpirata and the Italian Mateo Dicola @matteodicola, did tastings and promoted the quality of our cuts on social networks, especially the tenderness and flavor of the steak. very juicy chorizo.

Young influencers are also called KOLs for “key opinion leaders.” People from different nationalities came to the Argentine Beef restaurant at Anuga 2023, the fair that began this Saturday the 7th and will take place until this Thursday the 11th in the German town of Cologne.

Participation in the fair is part of the campaign that is carried out in 7 nations in Europe (Germany, England, Spain, France, Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands), to position the “Argentine Beef/Carne Argentina” brand for “its sustainable attributes, its very high quality and the environmentally friendly production of our country”, within the framework of the campaign to promote beef cuts that meatpackers carry out centered on the Institute for the Promotion of Argentine Beef (IPCVA).

British influencer Fari, from @DineWithFari, lives in London and has an account about gastronomy, tourism and the good life. Regarding the Argentine meat, he was conclusive: “I think it is impressive and trying it has been a pleasant experience, it was very well cooked, with a lot of flavor, tender and juicy.”

“I think it is definitely important that it is sustainable for the British, as they are increasingly looking for a more sustainable and respectful lifestyle, so it is a big plus,” he emphasized.

From Spain, Sergio Muriel from @cocinadelpirata arrived. He is a specialist in grilled cooking, published a recipe book and has just opened his first restaurant in Valencia.

“I am here in Anuga, with Argentine Beef, we have come to discover why Argentine beef is the best in the world. Is it because of his tenderness? -she asked herself- could it be because of how Argentinians treat meat? I have discovered it and I have to say that they are real ‘pros’ of roasting. So if you have the chance, eat Carne Argentina,” she suggested to her more than 10 million followers on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.

The Spanish influencer described the experience on the networks this way: “I traveled to Germany, I went directly to the Anuga festival in Koelnmesse with a mission, to discover why they say that Argentine meat is the best in the world. I was with Hugo Martinelli, the grill man at Argentine Beef, who taught us the technique that Argentines have for meat. He told us that they only salt the meat once and don’t add oil or anything so that the juices seal inside. The result is wonderful, super tender, with a lot of flavor and very juicy.”

“I was crazy about how they cut the meat with a spoon to see that it was tender,” he said.

“In addition, the fact that it is a sustainable meat is important for everyone,” he added.

Alexis @leparisdalexis is a French influencer and defines himself as a specialist in “destinations that make you hungry, stalker of places to eat and drink.” He lives in Paris, but travels all over the world.

In this sense, during the event the latest innovations and market trends worldwide were examined in order to move towards “a sustainable and fair food system.”

Inside the pavilion dedicated to white meats, chopped and marinated chickens, special cuts, skewers, nuggets and innovative works with breasts, among other varieties, were presented.

Anuga brings together the largest international industrial community. That is why the participation of representatives of Argentine poultry farming is essential to learn about inspiring experiences, form strategic networks and close operations to export to new countries.

“The industry continues to develop and we must keep up with the competition to have access to high-value markets,” concluded Domenech.
