The modification and termination formalities will be carried out there from February 20 to June 30.

The Infogreffe portal, which has not been usable since January 1, to carry out the very many formalities necessary for companies, resumes service from February 20 to June 30. Modification and termination operations involving registration in the trade and companies register (in particular modifications-terminations of commercial, craft, agricultural companies) may be carried out online on the platform www.infogreffe.fr.

Because, for now, theone-stop-shop for businesses“, supposed to replace it and simplify the procedures, still does not keep its promises. Launched by Bercy, this new fully dematerialized tool, where all the operations of creations, modifications, cessations of activity and filing of the annual accounts of companies were to be carried out, accumulates bugs.

However, months before the full commissioning of this tool provided for by the Pacte law of 2019 and operated by the National Institute of Industrial Property (Inpi), several players had alerted to the faults of the system, and requested a postponement of its general openness. But the ministry persevered… while hastily issuing a decree on December 28, in order to be able to activate an emergency procedure to ensure continuity of service. Unfortunately, this procedure, via the business counter also managed by the Inpi, also proved to be flawed.

Many professionals, including the president of the National Council of the Order of Chartered Accountants (Cnoec), then asked for the return of the Infogreffe portal, in order to avoid a blockage of the country’s economy. In a month and a half, the Trade and Companies Register already counts 400,000 fewer formalities, compared to the same period in 2022. “The temporary return to Infogreffe is a relief for companies and professionals from legal formalities“, assures Lionel Benghousi, president of the Association of large users of the one-stop shop-A2GU. A period of time which the Inpi will have to take advantage of to perfect its one-stop shop.
