On the occasion of September, which is World Dementia Month, the 14th Sculpture Symposium in Elliniko is dedicated to dementia and reducing the stigma of the disease.
In order to reduce the stigma through proper information about the disease, as well as community awareness, an informative speech will be held in collaboration with the Ioannina Dementia Day Center of the Society for Psychosocial Research and Intervention (E.P.E.P.) topic “Everything I Need to Know About Dementia”.
The speech will take place at the “Theodoros Papagiannis” Museum of Contemporary Art in Elliniko, on Tuesday, August 6, at 8:30 in the evening, with the speaker, the member of the Multidisciplinary Therapeutic Team of the Day Center, neuropsychologist PhDc Myrto Koutsonidas. Also members of the Team will attend the venue to answer questions from the public.
