Ingrid Betancourt Shares Revealing Video Supporting Edmundo González’s Victory in Venezuela—What Are the Key Details?

by time news

Former Colombian presidential candidate Ingrid Betancourt has been active on her social networks regarding the situation in Venezuela, where Nicolás Maduro won the presidential election, despite the clear advantage of the opposition candidate Edmundo González.

The leader of the Green Oxygen party published a video of who would be one of the presidential candidates who registered for the election, to whom he had access for several minutes that would show the victory of the opposition candidate.

“The Speaker was a presidential candidate in Venezuela this July 28 and appears on the Venezuela card. He obtained the authorization to bring witnesses and today he provides his valuable testimony with evidence to confirm the results that make Edmundo González the winner,” Betancourt published on his X account.

Several minutes into the video, a man asks that the National Electoral Council make public voter registration at every table in the country.

“Each of these records has been identified. For example, what we see here is the Vicente Salas Educational Unit of the Nueva Segovia Organization. Here we see the votes that Nicolás Maduro received, 41 in the PSUV, six in the Tupamaros, one in the APC and two in the ORA. This gives a total of approximately 49 votes,” he read while recording the document.

Likewise, they showed Edmundo González’s vote: “He received a total of eight votes on the UNTC card, nine on the MPV card, and 468 on the MUD card.”

In addition, it featured the signatures of the table chairman, witnesses and operator, as well as a QR code demonstrating authenticity.
