Inhuman investigative methods of the Aliyev regime

A few days ago, the head of Juma mosque in Khojahasan settlement, Haji Telman, wrote about what happened to Asadullayev. Akhund stated in his statement: “They took out a package from the safe. He said that this drug came out of your pocket and took it on your neck, if you don’t sign this statement…” They threatened the clergyman, Akhun, Haji with rape and took a statement against themselves.

Agali Yahyayev, a member of the Management Board of the Muslim Union Movement, was also threatened. Now in our country, people of Islamic faith, Hajj, Karbali, Mashadi, people of God are forced to sign written statements, ready-made scenarios, and false accusations against them under the threat of coercion.

In 37, they took confessions against others and themselves from people due to torture. A well-known intellectual testified against himself that because I hated the Soviet government, I am a villain, I am a scoundrel, I am dirty, my blood is halal. In the reports of public shooting scenes published in newspapers, one of the speakers said in the “spectacle” of the shooting of his fellow villager that this scoundrel was an enemy of the Soviet government. If my right eye looks at the Soviet Union, I will cut it out myself. The enemy of this nation should be shot in such a way that his blood does not soak into the top layer of the soil. Because if the grass grows on the soil soaked in its blood, if any animal eats it, it will become an enemy of the Soviet government.

Although sad, such statements are abundant in the “criminal” cases of 37. I am familiar with many of them. But there is no threat of rape, I didn’t come across cases like giving electric currents to people’s bodies or putting drugs in their pockets. These are all new investigative methods of the Aliyev regime. I did not come across anywhere that they threatened Akhun, Molla, Haji, Karbalai with rape in the conditions of the Soviet dictatorship. They were exiled, their property was confiscated, they were deprived of their vote, and they were even shot. But there was no threat of rape. This charge was brought to Azerbaijan by Ilham Aliyev, and during his 20-year rule, torture technology in Azerbaijan surpassed fascist Germany, the 37 experiments of the Soviets, and the Sazman-e Ettela’ati Police of Mohammad Reza Shah due to its development speed.

When a cool breeze blows between Azerbaijan and Iran, mass persecution of religious and Islamic citizens begins in our country. Agali Yahyayev has been arrested for the third time in recent years. For the second time, in November 2015, Agali was sentenced to 15 years in prison in connection with the scripted Nardaran events. In 2021, he was released from prison with an amnesty order. 10 days ago, he was arrested on charges of illegal trafficking of a large amount of narcotics (am I sure there is also illegal trafficking of narcotics?).

They not only tortured Agali Yahyayev severely, terribly and brutally, but also threatened to rape him with a baseball bat. After that, he was forced to take an unrelated drug charge by defaming himself. Baseball is a game played in America. It seems that because Aliyev’s regime has a special love for sports, it threatens to rape its citizens, believers of Islamic faith, with such modern methods. At first we had to take something from America. We took a baseball bat to frame innocent people for a “crime” they didn’t commit. This is the real picture of XXI century Azerbaijan.

Then you think that if a regime can charge an intellectual, a scientist, a teacher like Professor Gubad Ibadoglu with counterfeiting dollars, what is surprising in his threat to rape Akhund, Molla, Haji, Karbalai with a baseball bat? The main thing is that the dollar is American, and so is the baseball bat!
