Minister Sanjay Sharma said that after getting information about the matter, he immediately sent a letter to the state government and also assured to provide financial help as soon as possible.
Father Sub Inspector in Rajasthan Police
Hridayansh Sharma, 20 month old innocent son of Naresh Sharma of Gram Panchayat Masari of Kathumar area of Alwar district is suffering from Spinal Muscular Atrophy, a genetic disease. Naresh Sharma himself is posted as Sub Inspector in Rajasthan Police in Pahari of Deeg district. But he is failing to raise Rs 17 crore for his son. Therefore, the entire family including the child’s mother and sister and the rural government are appealing to the people for help.
When I got diagnosed with the disease, I lost my sleep.
According to the information received from the family members, when Hridayaansh did not start walking even when he was 20 months old, the parents started getting him treated. When this genetic disease was detected after getting tested at Fortis Hospital in Jaipur, the parents and family members lost their sleep. Now the financial condition of the family is not so good that they can afford the injections of this innocent child which cost around Rs 17.5 crores. The innocent father has no other option except the government salary.
Only four months left
The family members have only hope for the life of this innocent child from the voluntary organizations and the state government and the central government. According to doctors, if this injection is not given to the innocent heart part within four months, then gradually this disease will start spreading in the lungs and throughout the body. On the other hand, the parents also have hope from God to give their son’s life, due to which the family has started a Havan by chanting Mahamrityunjaya Mantra at home by pundits.
