The National Civil Police (PNC) processed a homicide scene that occurred inside the Soyapango psychiatric hospital, an inmate beat to death another patient admitted to said hospital.
“We processed a homicide scene inside the psychiatric hospital, Soyapango. 1 inmate, in a fit of anger, beat the other, who died as a result of the blows,” the PNC stated on social networks.
According to the statements of the PNC, the person responsible is Kevin Antonio García, who is being prosecuted for a double homicide and who was also in a psychiatric hospital because he has anger control problems and schizophrenia.
As for the victim, he is José Alexander Flores, who was being prosecuted for aggravated femicide and had mental problems.
