NITI Aayog publishes a list of organizations on innovation and use of innovation in public administration. Now the third list has been released. This list was released yesterday under the leadership of the Chief Executive Officer of the organization, Parameswaran Iyer, and Vice President Suman Perry.
Then Parameswaran Iyer said: Last 2019 and 2021, states were ranked based on 36 factors. Currently, the list is prepared on the basis of 66 special factors of international level. All the states and union territories are divided into three categories. 17 major states, 10 North-Eastern and Hill States and nine Union Territories, divided into three are examined.

Karnataka has topped the list for the third time in a row. Telangana and Haryana are ranked second and third respectively. In the category of large states, Chhattisgarh, Odisha and Bihar are at the bottom. Among Union Territories, Chandigarh is at the top. In the Northeast and Hill States category, Manipur has been ranked first, he said.
