Continuing the meetings of the III Cycle of Actions of the Unilab Innovating and Empreender Unilab Projects, next Tuesday (2nd), at 1 pm, in Auditorium 01 of Campus das Auroras, in Redenção/CE, we will have a lecture on: “Innovative meetings and creative”, with professor at the Institute of Applied Social Sciences (ICSA/Unilab), Luís Miguel Dias Caetano.

Luís Miguel Dias Caetano is lLicensed in Business Management, Master in Organizational Behavior, PhD in Education and post-doctoral in Teaching. Unilab professor in the Public Administration Course in the areas of International Relations, Organizational Behavior, Innovation and Creativity in themes related to the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries (CPLP). He is interested in topics such as Technological Innovation, Leadership, Paradiplomacy and Educational Public Policies.

About the project
The III Action Cycle of Unilab Projects aims to strengthen the development process of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem of our University and is an initiative of the Coordination of Technological Innovation (CIT), linked to the Dean of Research and Graduate Studies ( proppg). The Cycle consists of events involving the themes Innovation and Entrepreneurship and its target audience is Unilab’s academic community.
Meetings are part of the routines of private and public organizations. In many cases, meetings are considered unproductive and inefficient. Considering the time and resources allocated to meetings, it is important to know strategies that contribute to the realization of innovative and creative meetings.
