With the Territorial Transition Booklet, the Caisse d’Epargne Aquitaine Poitou-Charentes offers a 100% regional product that makes it possible to mobilize citizens’ savings to finance local environmental transition projects.
Proximity and utilities for all
Launched on 2 May 2024, this innovative booklet gives savers full traceability of the use of their savings. Every euro deposited is used exclusively to finance local environmental transition projects. With the Territorial Transition Booklet, individuals, professionals (in private), social and solidarity economy actors, and institutions can pledge from €10 to €30,000 in the transition to the Nouvelle Aquitaine region. Requests for additional information and donations can be made in 344 Caisse d’Epargne branches in the Aquitaine Poitou-Charentes region or from specialized business managers, but also remotely from the contact center teams based in Poitiers.
The introductory rate is set at 3% until July 31, 2024, then 1% from August 1, 2024 for savings available at any time.
Subscribers will also benefit from periodic information, guaranteeing full transparency in the use of their savings. From 2025 onwards, meetings will also be offered to savers to discuss with project leaders and thus a concrete understanding of the use of their savings.
A sustainable financial model for long-term mutual benefit
The Territorial Transition Booklet is part of the action for the life of tomorrow, more sustainable, more united. The savings collected in this booklet will be used directly to finance the transition projects of all stakeholders in the Aquitaine Poitou-Charentes region (professionals, businesses, communities, social economy, institutions) such as: green mobility, energy reform, renewable energy, decarbonization …
Through this short circuit, the traceability of savings that are reused locally gives full meaning to the sustainable and responsible financial model, a model that is increasingly popular with citizens.
